Already in June BESI Marine Systems GmbH has been awarded to supply equipment for four 12.500 dwt Multi-Purpose Dry Cargo Ships by a very dynamic Chinese shipyard located in Jiangsu area. BESI successfully applied for three of our highly sophisticated systems, in particular Remote Controlled Valve (RCV), Tank Level Gauging (TLG) and Anti Heeling System (AHS).

Based on the very trustful teamwork between German ship owner, Chinese shipyard and BESI during project stage, owner and some of their partners decided to extend the vessel series by additional 6 vessels with same design but just a bit bigger (14.000 dwt). Four further vessels will be added soon most probably.

This success story is another great step to enlarge BESI’s market share in Chinese and German maritime landscape.
